With winter and the Holidays approaching, life can get stressful. Delays in travel, the stores are over crowded, and we all seem to have a lot to do. Remember as the snow flies, shoveling is hard exercise and can take a toll on your body. Do not over exert yourself just to get the job done. Use proper lifting techniques to avoid back and muscle strain. And don’t forget to hydrate!! Happy Thanksgiving!
