Train yourself to be results oriented and solution focused! Get a goal partner, someone who will truly hold you accountable. Start with small daily goals. Tell your goal partner. Think about potential obstacles that could get in your way, if any. Brainstorm ways to remove or get around the obstacles and go. Start small, do it daily, don’t skimp. Pick something you truly want to achieve or small steps towards a larger goal. (Don’t pick something you are going to do anyway or do everyday). When you start achieving your goals, you get results and are beginning to train your behavior to being more results oriented. If you are not achieving your goals, then you have to ask yourself why and start finding a solution!
