Wednesday’s Health Wink

Health is not just about weight and numbers. Stress can really take a toll on your health. Do one thing today to decrease your stress. Go for a short walk at lunch, watch something that makes you laugh, or meditate for a few minutes. And most importantly breathe especially when you are feeling stressed.
