Monday’s Goal Mojo

Having a small daily goal is important.  If you give yourself a daily goal, once achieved:

  1. It gives you a sense of accomplishment.
  2. Over time it will help you chip away at that large to do list.
  3. A daily small goal helps train yourself to be more goal focused. This will come in handy when you are ready to take on a larger goal.
